Considering historical research, it has been observed that people have been socializing in every period. Furthermore, people living in society are in cultural, social, and economic relations to meet their various needs. The human mobility and relations because of existence have led to the emergence of new conceptual elements that can establish these relations in communication. The case category that provides concept relations is added the noun and noun-noun concept marks and makes them descriptive of the predicate.

In the Tes, Tariat, and Şine Us Inscriptions, which are among the Uyghur Khaganate Inscriptions, language elements that will provide these relations were frequently used, and differences were observed in the contributions they made to the conceptual relations.
