The book titled Qəyri Səlis Məntiq ve Dil-Nitq written by Kamal Abdulla-Rǝfiq Əliyev was prepared considering that it is a completely new study for both communication and fuzzy logic experts, especially linguists. On the other hand, it was not overlooked to reveal the role of Lütfi Zade, the inventor of fuzzy logic, and those who followed his path. Although the work is not intended to be a literary text, it is thought that its literary value is very high; that it will teach many things to those interested in language and linguistics; and that it will make significant contributions to those working in fields such as fuzzy logic, artificial intelligence and soft computing. In the work, it is emphasized that the application of fuzzy logic principles to the language-speech system and structure will be useful primarily for linguistics and computer sciences and then for other social sciences such as folklore, law and economics. Fuzziness, which constitutes the essence of the study, is evaluated as a universal state that manifests itself in natural language. Therefore, it is difficult to find a lexical unit in natural languages that does not carry the mark of uncertainty in its own structure. The border of all lexical units is established on fuzziness. In no language is there a clear dot or line that shows where one lexical unit ends and another begins. It is thought that considering the language units in the language-word plane with the principles of fuzzy logic will improve the perspective.
