The radical changes experienced after the proclamation of the Tanzimat Edict also led to important innovations in the field of literature. Turkish poets and writers tried to create the ideal human type and ideal social structure in the first link of this important change. Şinasi has an important contribution to the formation of this structure. With the innovations brought by the Tanzimat Edict, Şinasi tried to examine the new state structure and human model in the Western sense with a philosophical thought system in his works. This initiative, made specifically for Mustafa Reşit Pasha, continued with an effort to show the ideal person. This effort by Şinasi was expressed again by Tevfik Fikret years later. The ideal generation that Fikret wants to create for his son Haluk is not much different from what Şinasi wants to do. The objectives to be created with a similar method have been tried to be expressed with different people and works. Tevfik Fikret felt the love that Şinasi felt for the person he was raised with for the person he raised. The reflection of the ideal generation model, in which two different generations are handled with two different expressions, in Şinasi and Tevfik Fikret was formed in the shadow of the thoughts of the age of enlightenment. Here, two different generations are handled by two different poets.
