One of the ancient homelands that the Turkish nation homeland is Borçalı, located within the borders of Georgia today. The majority of the population living in this region is composed of Turks called Karapapak or Terekeme in the sources. Karapapak / Terekeme Turks, who migrated to Turkey in masses after the 1828 Türkmençay Treaty and the 1877-1878 Ottoman-Russian War. It connects Turkey and the Turkish World in terms of dialect features. Western group dialects in Azerbaijan; in Turkey, Karapapak / Terekeme dialect, which is considered among the eastern group dialects, Borçalı and Turkey exhibit very similar characteristics in phonetic, morphological and vocabulary. In this study, based on the samples taken from Borçalı and Çıldır Karapapak / Terekeme dialect, by emphasizing the plural and case categories, the plural and case conjugations will be tried to be shown in a comparative way.
